Equity Research Summer Analyst

I'll give a quick rundown:

I applied in early September. I received a notice in November that I had a phone interview later that week. The phone interview was very basic and conversational. I was then asked to complete an online test, which was tough. The test was made up of a multiple choice section and a written portion. After that, I was invited to attend Super Day which was pretty brutal (Mid December by now). This consisted of 6 interviews, followed by the same test and same questions, but in person now. Still tough.
