Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially applied from Linkedin and heard back from HR within a week for a screening call. I had a 15min screening call with HR consisting of Why questions. Then, I was invited to talk with the Associate in the team which was pretty much dialogue related to why questions (why IB, why Baird, etc) and no technical questions. Within a day, I was asked to complete 2 hr case study that consists of modeling and business case study that is separate from modeling. I was not invited to the next one after the case study.
