Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Having completed an online application the next stage was phone interview. As this was the first ever off-cycle internship for London office there was no formal process i.e. no online tests or assessment centre. After the phone interview it took about a week until I got an email from HR confirming that I have secured a place on the internship.
The interviewers were very friendly and seemed open to having an intellectual discussion as opposed to being grilled. The COO seemed to be the most friendly and interested in my answers which helped during the technical questions. HR were ace, happy to reschedule interviews and work around my deadlines.
