Investment Banking Analyst

I networked with a few people prior online submissions for IB role (including a very senior individual for IBD). I went through two phone screens, which were a mix of technical and fit questions (questions covered in the WSO and BIWS guides). I then flew in for the Superday in October a week after second phone screen. The Superday had 20+ plus kids going for a few spots. It began with a written analysis for a recent deal the firm worked on and then 6 1-on-1 's. I found out a week after I did not land it, but everyone was pretty friendly and I the interview process was fair.
