Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I only went through the 1st round of the interview process with Baird, but it was pretty straight forward. One of the VP's reached out to schedule a 30 minute phone call with an Associate who asked basic IB interview questions (Ways to value a company, walk me through a DCF, why IB?, etc.). Said they would be in touch with next steps but never heard back.
