First after applying, immediately was invited to link my suited account to Baird for the initial test, was then sent both a HireVue and First Round with a VP. After completion of the Hirevue, which was behavioral, had the first round. The First Round was more of a coffee chat with a couple basic behaviorals at the end. After, I was then emailed by an associate for another first round. This was completely behavioral and went into a little more depth than the first but was definitely much more formal then the first. I was then clipped from the process before the superday.
