Submitted app, then about a month later got called into the office for a first round interview. Was done with an associate along with London Office HR. Was essentially just alternating between set of basic technical questions (standard accounting, valuation ones) and then motivational/behavioural ones (eg TMAT). Got called for AC a couple weeks after, which included a group case study where we had 1h to prep stock pitch, then 3 interviews (a technical interview, which is again relatively standard accounting + valuation, a coffee chat with analyst, and then motivational interview). Was not too difficult overall, they care a lot about fit/vibe/energy, technicals weren't tricky at all.
