Interview Questions
What tabs would you have on a financial model in excel, how would you value different hotel properties/what is a good investment? Most of the questions asks were behavioral and fit. A lot of questions focused on my background and how I got interested in a position at Rockbridge. I was also asked why I had an interest in hospitality private equity and what other industries I was looking at. Another common question was to run them through my case competition pitch books that I brought with me. Last question commonly asked was what team at the firm I was interested in.
