Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was with HR, mainly questions on logistics (e.g. are you able to work at (location)). Second Round Interview with two senior level officials, asking mainly behavioral questions. Third Round Interview with the head of the division, quick behavioral interview. No technicals were asked throughout the process.
