Interview Questions
They went really in depth in your experiences on your resumes and are very well-knowledgable and know a lot about specifics. For me, they went in depth on the bitcoin market and ESG factors. They also talked a lot about specific traits for specific positions, for example what is an important trait for a wealth manager, asset manager, researcher, manager, etc. They also would ask specifics on seemingly unimportant areas of your resume, for example I had poker as one of my interests and I was asked about poker hands.

Interview
First interview was with the HR person. This progressed to interviewing with members of the investment team, including an analyst and the director. Pretty standard interview questions, but very thorough. Final round was with C-level execs. All were just trying to see who would be the best fit for the job. Looking for proper academic background. I also had to complete a writing sample.
