Interview
My initial contact with Rocket Internet was through their on-campus recruiting process. The company has several target universities and organises these type of events. It is here where I had an initial interview with one of the Rocket MD's, discussing in general about my qualifications, my skills and potential areas of interests. As Rockets has in its portfolio numerous there is always a significant possible that in case you will not be staffed in the group entity to be staffed in one of the smaller ventures.

The second part of the interview process was a telephone call, with the HR of the venture. This was followed by a interview with one of the co-founders of the venture. He asked me some motivational questions and went into more technical questions about Accounting and Finance (my area of future responsibility).

my recommendation would be to get in personal contact with Rocket people (e.g. conferences) as it is easier to get into the company in this manner as they generally do not openly advertise positions
