Asked to give background about myself, why Rosewood Private Investments, discuss summer internship in investment banking. Walk me through a discounted cash flow. Why private equity? If you have the previous year's balance sheet as well as the current year's cash flow statement, how could you figure out what pp&e currently is? You have 50 black balls and 50 white balls and two jars in front of you. How do you split the balls among the jars in order to have the greatest chance of choosing a black ball? What do you do for fun?
