3rd year Analyst

Had 7 rounds in total. It was during the pandemic so all rounds were virtual. First 3 rounds were with directors and focused on technicals. It was a mix of previous deal experiences and finance concepts. Some questions were tougher than usual. Then there was a timed excel modelling round focused on 3-statement modelling, followed by a dicussion on the model with a director. This was followed by 2 rounds with the MDs. The first had a few technical questions and some behavioral/fit questions. Received the offer in the second MD round after some discussion on fit, role, career progression. Overall the process was smooth and well managed.
