Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred to the company by a partner of the PE fund where I had done an internship; already had an offer from a competitor
2 rounds of interviews, with 1 or 2 interviewers each interview
First round: mostly technical, 2 interviews with VP/Directors
Second round: VP/Directors/Partners, interview more behavorial with the partners
Quick decision process, called me back within 3 days after the first round, and same after second round
Technical questions regarding valuation, accounting, previous internships...
