Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Relatively straightforward online application form, followed by an immediate invite to an online numerical test.
First round in-person interview involved a paper-based version of the online numerical test, followed by a two-on-one interview with a banker (my interviewer was Associate level) and HR.
Final round interview consisted of two two-on-one interviews with Directors and VPs, one of which involved giving a short presentation.
