1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was reached out for a networking event, and following the event was asked to join for a technical interview. For 35 minutes we did technicals that were mostly focused on the "why" behind my answers. My advice would be to nail down the core concepts, practice explaining the reasoning behind each of your answers, and do not get bogged down in nitpicky details when preparing.
