1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to an OCR bank presentation. Then I applied to the position through OCR. First round interviews was on campus with a VP. Then I was selected to final rounds at their offices. I interviewed with 5 people for final rounds, consisting of VPs and Directors/MDs.
I prepared for the interviews through reading the vault guides, going through the my work experience I had during the summer and doing mock interviews with friends/OCR.
The interviews were mostly fit (why banking, why Rothschild), although there were the typical banking technical questions (walk me through a DCF).
