What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was very standard. I dropped my resume, and I received notice that I would be interviewing a day after the submission deadline. From there, I scheduled my interview with OCR and went into my interview at that time. My interview was one-on-one with an analyst who was an alumnus, and he asked very standard questions, e.g. "walk me through your resume, why banking, why Rothschild, walk me through a DCF." My interviewer spent a good portion of the interview on his phone and also seemed to rush through the questions, ending it after about 20 minutes. After a week, I got notice that I wasn't moving on to the super day.
