Initial technical round screening with VP (accounting technicals, walk through DCF, investing brainteaser) and then followed up by another 2 behavioral rounds with director and group head (why interested in rothschild, why interested in banking, why industrials, etc)
My perception of culture was that it was very positive and I had high confidence in finding mentorship opportunities there. Industrials was the strongest group in terms of deal flow and technical acumen.
