4 Rounds (after getting interview invite)
1. 2 Analyst Interviews: Focus on Software Investing, typical fit questions, Hard Paper LBO question
2. 48 hr Case study: Mtaerials, news, clippings and target is sent over an email. You have to research the company, figure out its financing, whether its a viable investment. Also make a PPT showing your recommendations and analysis.
Step 3 and 4 are Associate and ED Interviews.
