Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After submitting a CV and cover letter, I had to complete online numerical and verbal tests. A month and a half later, I was invited to an interview at the company's offices in London. There I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation on a topic of my choice, resit the numerical and answer competency and fit questions.
