Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-fill out application forms
-invited to do paper based tests at the office in London (verbal and maths)
-first round interviews by HR and associate in the same room (very non-technical, mostly background based)
-final round case study, have 2 days to prepare, have to present an M&A case study of choice, go over it and explain why you pick the case.
-final round by VPs and MDs (mix of technical and behavioural questions)
