Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received a first round in early May. Prior to that, there was a small group coffee chat anyone could register for. I feel like this may have played a part in landing my first round, but I cannot say for certain. First round was about 2/3 technicals, but they were all qualitative and from the M&I 400 guide. After that, I advanced to superday which was just two interviews, each with one senior banker. All of my superday questions were easy behaviorals. They asked a lot about my resume and prior experiences though, so definitely be prepared to tell stories about problems you solved an initiatives you took at work.
