Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred internally to resume pool (sent resume to referral), was called by HR a few days later. Since I was already in NY, skipped phone screen round (unsure if there was one) and was invited to a 3-round interview at Rothschild's NY Office; one with HR VP, FO VP, MD. Completed the interview process, HR called around 4-5 days later with the offer. Accepted offer; had to pass drug and background test. Background test was very strict, reached out to all of my previous employers and verified dates and tasks.
