Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied and did their diversity program. For the diversity program, I had two behavioral interviews with two associates. I was asked about Why IB, Why Rothschild, if I spoke with anyone at the firm, and something I am following in the news. Once accepted into the program, I had a Superday 3 months later, where I had one technical interview with an Associate and one behavioral interview with an MD. The technical interview was very basic surrounding the 400 Questions, and the behavioral interview asked me "What would I do" questions, as well as about myself and my reasoning for wanting to do IB.
