Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with 4 people from Rothschild, 3 analysts and 1 VP. The interview was 2 on 1 for 30 minutes. Only behavioral was TMAY, then the rest was all technical, and do you have any questions for me. Technicals were from both the Red Book and 400, with most being on Accounting, Eq and Ent Val, and DCF, with one question on Merger Models. Asked questions like whats the difference between FIFO and LIFO, Walk me through a DCF, Why add non-controlling interest but subtract associate companies in TEV bridge, etc. Only one or two difficult ones on merger models.
