Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Typical route to assessment center (AC) - online application, online tests, phone interview and then AC. Once there we had a trading game (with dice, had to make markets) which was a group exercise, a presentation to give (about an hour given) and then three 20 minute interviews (a hypothetical scenarios interview, one just looking at CV and another "logic" interview).
