I applied online through the company's career site. Got a call a few weeks later and landed an interview. I first met with 2 HR reps and then the manager of the credit division. Everyone was very friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable.
Interview Questions
Nothing was difficult, it was mostly behavioral. Explain how you work with a group.

I have worked in a group in my former position, and we usually have daily meetings so we are all on the same page. I think this works best because we grow a strong bond when we work together everyday and work gets done more efficiently.
What makes you the best person for this job?

I have a ton of excel experience, I love researching companies, and I learn extremely fast.
