Interview
Initially reached out to an Associate for an informational interview. Stayed in touch and then had a phone screen. Next had a conference call with the same associate and both managing partners. Lastly, I had an in person interview which was very casual and conversational.
Interview Questions
Far more fit based than almost any interview I have ever had. Most of them were very common and interviewees should have structured answers for questions like "Why our firm? Why investment banking?" Candidly, there were not any very difficult interview questions, as it was for an internship role. They mostly asked about my background, and what I wanted out of the position.
