Interview
I applied online by sending my resume and submitting a brief writing sample. I was contacted about a month later for a 30 minute phone interview. I made it past this first-round to a second-round 1 on 1 Skype interview. I did not make it past this round.
Interview Questions
The first-round interview was fairly standard, pretty much all behavioral. I was kind of thrown off by one of the questions inquiring about my strengths and weaknesses as I was asked to come up with 2 of each. Another interesting question that I got asked was how I typically deal with stress. During the second-round interview, I was asked a quick case question which caught me off guard. The question was how would I go about facilitating the transition of a high-profile CEO for an iconic company, specifically Disney.
