IB Analyst

The interview/hiring process was relatively simple. I submitted a resume and cover letter through my school's career services. A week after the deadline, I received a phone call to schedule an (unexpected) phone interview instead of the planned on-grounds interview.

My interviewers were both analysts from my school, and they focused on simple technical questions. They were relaxed throughout, and attempted to break up the interview with discussion about our school.
