Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through a job posting on my school's career website, ended up having about 3 or 4 phone interviews with various directors and managing directors. Mostly fit based since FIG is such a specialized industry and my previous internship wasn't related. Eventually went out for a superday to meet the rest of the team (it's a small group in SF).
