Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Before the interview, the HR sent an extensive email notifying us that the interview would be conducted as 2 on 1 and would involve a case question. She also attached the link to some consulting firms' websites for interview preparation. During the interview, both the interviewers were very friendly. When the questions got harder, you could ask them for further hints and they would be willing to help.
