- Super-day interview onsite. There were three behavioral interviews and one case study.
Know your story well and have a clear path to the industry. I was coming from a liberal arts background, so this was a big part of my interview process. It could vary though, if you're already coming in with an Econ degree. I did have some previous coursework in finance and accounting, though.
Treasury Analyst Interview - Generalist
Know about the markets and interest rates. Be knowledgeable about the bank and some simple economic terms would help too. Overall, the questions were not difficult but you should study before the interview on current market trends and the banks information. Look up recent news about the bank.
