Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I submitted my application. Afterwards, I was asked to come for an interview. it was all just about my CV and motivation.
Interview Questions
It was actually very casual, not so difficult. We talked about my former experience, how it is to work in an international company and how well I can work independently. The position, which is worth mentioning, was also just a assistant position for the vice president and not in the bulk of all the normal applicants and working student. So, most difficult was to give clear and precise answers to questions about the job and excel. Overall, I think the interview was not representative compared to other interviews I heard of, I just had a very nice boss.

Phone Interview
Interview
I started with an online application. I didn't have to do any online tests. After about 2 or 3 weeks I recieved a phonecall for a phone interview.
Interview Questions
Very casual phone interview. This was about 3 months ago so I can barely remember what the recruiter was asking but there was definitely the questions of "Why SAP" and "Why Sales" and "Why you would be good at Sales". The recruiter dedicated a lot of the time in the interview to allow me to ask him questions. IIRC, there were two behavioural questions as well. I think one of them was "how did you overcome a challenge" and another one was "talk about a situation where you demonstrated teamwork."

Interview
The initial interview was by phone with one of SAP's HR managers. After completing that interview, I was invited to SAP's Bootcamp Day for final rounds. The final rounds consisted of a team case study and individual interviews throughout the rest of the day.
Interview Questions
How would you judge your performance today?
How would you describe your role in the team?
Another difficult aspect is that in a one on one interview, you had to ask an SAP Account Executive relevant questions about the fictional case your group is solving

Interview
I had a family friend who works for SAP submit my resume into their system. A few weeks later, I received an email from SAP saying Services Delivery would like to interview me, followed by an email from the person looking to hire me as an intern. We set up the interview for a week later. There were many fit questions, such as what do you admire about SAP and why do you want to work here. He also asked me where I want my career to go. My interviewer was very laid back and the phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, including the time I was given to ask questions about the internship. The office was gorgeous and in downtown NYC. Everyone at work was chipper and there was a pretty laid back environment. Not a very stressful process if you know what you want and have an ease about you.
Interview Questions
What do you want in a career?

I talked about how I wanted to go into consulting full time, and I hoped SAP would give me an opportunity to see if I wanted more management consulting to technical.
What do you admire about SAP?

I talked about their recent launch into the cloud platform. I admire that even though they are a huge global company they are nimble like a startup and swiftly adapt to a changing technological world.
