Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round on campus consisted of the traditional 30-min one-on-one behavioral interview. I was invited back for the 'Super Saturday', which was four hours long. The order varies but it consisted of a 45-min one-on-one behavioral interview, 45-min case study, 45-min presentation of the case study and a 45-min group activity. The behavior focused heavily on teamwork and dealing with adversity. I found lots of the questions to be repetitive. The case study was very IT heavy. The interviewee is given 45 minutes to read through the case, find a solution and draw out a plan on the whiteboard. After the time is up, the solution is presented to an interviewer over the course of 45 minutes. Expect lots of questions and be ready to back up your assumptions. Lastly, the group activity was at the end. We were given a broad and general question and asked to come up with ideas while a group of interviewers watched us interact. At the end, the idea had to be presented.
