Specialist at derivatives group

First, I had an interview with staffing agency that found my CV on a web-site. It was extremely simple, she asked some dummy questions, like "what is the difference between stock and bond". Thus, she just checked whether i'm adequate or not.
Then i had an HR-interview, where i had to make a SWOT analysis of myself. It made me to think for a while, but i coped with that.
Then, finally, i had three group interview with different managers and employees from my department. They gave me some cases to solve, with some i coped, with others not.
