Interview
Applied online through campus website, contacted by HR to discuss the background and why interested in the company. Later easy excel work, with a write up about news and related topic. Afterward, had a video interview with the CEO.
HR- background questions, what is the broker doing, what makes one a good broker, am I interested in physical or options trading.
With CEO- 2 main questions: you have 2 clients where one decided to cancel the trade, how would you inform the other one to not offend them, and not expose unnecessary info. You have a trader which asked you to make a trade below market prices, and not share details. another trader comes and asks you also to make a trade cheaply, how will you refuse/act.
Interview Questions
With the CEO, just case scenarios, where you are being tested on your integrity, and professionalism. He will try to push you and fail, but you should be standing in your position. for example, if another one trying to get info from which you are not allowed to share, don't!
Everything was pretty much straight forward. For example, how would you go and find new clients etc. Another question is how you think your background will fit the position, have you worked during your school time and if there is anything you would like to share to stand out
