Interview Questions
Asked about coursework and looked over my transcript. Talked a lot about courses I was taking to try to gage intellectual curiosity etc. I guess. It was very conversational, and did not feel like the interviewer was grilling me, but just trying to see if you have "intellectual curiosity" and are eager to learn. Surprisingly no technical were asked. I think they understood that I didn't come from a finance heavy background, and also didn't have any previous internships. Make sure you know your resume and previous experience well.

Interview Questions
A company has a customer concentration. Will it be difficult to sell the company?
Heavy customer concentration might create a problem for a PE buyer, especially platforms. However, the target might make sense for a strategic buyer who can squeeze operational synergies other than customer base. , What is the concept of deferred revenue? Where does it appear on the BS?
Deferred revenue is a liability on BS. I gave an example of newspaper subscription revenue. The media companies take cash upfront but cannot book it as revenue until the service is delivered. This revenue is considered as deferred and is categorized as a liability on the balance sheet.

Interview Questions
Nothing really surprised me here. I contacted previous analysts of the firm. I also studied the WSO study guides and that prepared me very well.
