Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I emailed an alumni from Yale regarding whether or not they have available positions at the firm. I sent in my resume and cover letter after hearing back. The process included one interview call and then I was invited to come into the firm to meet the team for an intern. They then gave me an assignment where I had to complete a project to find comps for a healthcare mergers.
