Please describe the interview / hiring process.
As a small boutique firm, I met with all the partners and managing directors. I also met with the Chairman and founder. I went in two different times. One round of interviews was more technical in terms of investment analysis / DCF etc. The other round of interviews was more behavioral and detailed explanation of my previous work experience. The key was relating previous experience to the job description / role. The office was nice for a boutique. The people were interesting and knowledgeable.
