Scheduled Zoom call. Interviewer was five minutes late and acted like they had better places to be, yet they were still nice. Asked two behavioral questions: "Tell me about yourself" and "Why real estate?". Following that, it was very hard technical. Be prepared to know CoC, IRR, Cap rate, NOI, and Debt yield comfortably. The technicals lasted 20 minutes.
