Interview
Scura Paley posted an on-semester internship on my school's career portal and I applied. Soon after, I was invited for a mini-superday that consisted of four different rounds of interviews. Three of them were with partners and one was with an analyst. The partners were pretty impressive people who had led big careers on Wall Street. It was a small office environment and the people were accommodating and friendly.
Interview Questions
"What was the most interesting course you have taken?" - Business Ethics
"What is ethics?" - Regurgitate what I learned in class
"No, no, no.. I'm asking what IS ethics? How does a person live? Why?"
One of the partners was quite the inquisitive type who wanted to grill me to see if I break down. I handled it OK, but was so unsuspecting of such an interview technique as a sophomore that I fumbled quite a bit.
