The Interview Experience is a score from 1 star (very negative) to 5 stars (very positive) generated based on the Interview Insights at this company.

The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Fairly long interview process. Got my foot in the door by calling the director of the region directly and expressing interest. From there we had a few phone calls back and forth, and then got put into their traditional interviewing process minus the screening though as they vouched for me. First was a group interview asking basic behavioural and personality questions plus the usual passion and motivation. Second was a technical business case, one on one, nothing really out of the ordinary MC cases. Third was a technical decision tree analysis and explanation, just know your probabilities and know your decision trees and you are fine, nothing difficult. Fourth was a much more in depth behavioural one, asked specific questions as to what you would do in different circumstances, just common sense. Last is a final round with the head honcho, I think it's more of a welcoming type of interview.

I'm rating the interview as average but that's if you prepare sufficiently... overall it was very long though...
Interview Questions
Nothing at all unexpected, if you know that you'll face a decision tree question and then some specific behavioural questions then there are no surprises. Neither was difficult. The business case was the usual so nothing tough there either if you practised. I guess the only thing that is worth mentioning is that for the behavioural interview they'll ask you to teach them something. This is worth preparing for but I really doubt it will cause much trouble. Just find something interesting but I believe they focus more on your delivery and ability to explain, that's all.
