I interviewed with 2 associates and one of them was an alumni.
Overall the interview went well, no tricky questions.

I talked about a presentation about a stock. I then email them my presentation (be sure your formatting is on point, use slide master)
Consulting Analyst Interview - Management Consulting
Having passed that stage, the next step was a typical consulting case study, of about an hour, which followed a 15 minute "fit" interview. The case was not specific to the focus of the company. Note that this was all on the phone.
After that, there followed another similar case study, also via phone, this one however was much more quantitatively focused than the previous, which as it transpired was intentional. Also one hour long, with 15 minutes of fit questions.
The next stage was an excel based case study. This was an hour and a half long, and differed in that I shared screens with the interviewer over Skype.
The final round would have been an interview in their offices, however I was rejected after the excel case study.
Slightly uncommon but not unheard of question, my response revolved around working within teams, especially getting used to different backgrounds. Got through this round so must have been acceptable.
The answer they were looking for was the ski-lift capacity. From there the number of people was estimated using the frequency of the lift and other given information.
