Applied oncampus. The program only recruits out of Harvard, University of Chicago, Northwestern, and BYU. They care a lot about fit so going in with a good story about why you want to work with Sears. The BA program is actually really awesome as they let you move around the entire company for your rotations based on your personal interests. Great experience.
