The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Students in the business school were invited via email to apply for an analyst position in the SEED program. I sent my CV and cover letter. In response, I was asked to do provide a buy/hold/sell reccomendation for two stocks in a list given to me by the professor in charge of the hiring process. I had 24 hours to do whatever research I wanted, but after that time, I needed to have a two one-page reports sent in. After this, I was contacted again for a final interview. I was interviewed by the previous year's analyst cohort (about 10-12 of them). I was told to sit at the end of a long table and each student asked me behavioral type questions or brainteaser questions. They also asked me some ethics-related questions. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was then asked to leave. The next thing I heard from the hiring committee was an email a few weeks later letting me know I was accepted into the SEED portfolio program!
Interview Questions
The most difficult, but obvious, question I was asked was to walk through each of my two stock recommendations. Given a list of about 15-20 stocks, I had been asked to provide in 24 hours a stock recommendation. While it was easy to walk through my though process, it was hard to answer many of their questions. I'm pretty sure they weren't expecting me to know most of the answers, they simply wanted to see how I would think and, most importantly, wether I would admit it when I didn't know an answer.
