The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round consisted of an audio call with the founder, where he screened for interest in the role. Next, there was a first round Zoom interview where the founder tested me for finance competency. He asked a couple of iB questions : What happens to the 3 financial statements when depreciation goes up by 10$?. The 2nd round interview was again on Zoom, and was split between technicals and behaviourals. Some technicals that he asked included: What is enterprise value? Run me through a DCF, What are synergies.
