Interview
Applied through online college job listings. Was one of eight interviewees. Back-to-back interviews with Sr. Consultant and Recruitment Manager, each 30 minutes long. The Sr. Consultant asked me questions about resume, so be prepared to talk about the experiences you have to offer their company. Be prepared to have an answer about how to approach executive compensation consultation as well. Recruiting Manager asked more behavioral questions relating to my personality in the workplace, but these were challenging as many questions were uncommon to me.
Interview Questions
What would you do if you had unlimited power, time, and money? Who would you be if you could trade places with somebody? How would you approach an executive compensation consulting case?

Interview Questions
Most were general case studies that you see in any management consulting interview. Nothing specific that would be out of place elsewhere
There was an excel test that was focused on formatting, using shortcuts, and whether you have any VBA knowledge. Without prior prep it would be challenging
