1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Directly shortlisted for super day. It lasted for roughly 4 hours where I spoke to 6 employees in the bank-ranging from associates to principals. Mostly behavioral questions. However, associates tend to ask technicals which include methods to value a company, EBITDA etc. Furthermore, one associate presented an on spot case to see how I would value the company.
